At Nathmogari, every piece of jewellery is handcrafted with care and made especially for you. Since our products are artisanal and unique, we follow a strict Exchange-Only Policy. Please read the details below carefully.
Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
- We offer a 2-day Exchange Policy. You must raise an exchange request within 2 days of receiving the product.
- Exchanges are applicable only if:
o The product is in the same condition as received.
o It is unworn/unused, with original tags and packaging.
o You provide the
o original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Unboxing video is compulsory and must be shared with us by email when raising the exchange request.
- Exchange is available only if the product is damaged in transit from our side or if the wrong item is delivered.
- We do not accept refunds under any circumstances.
How to Request an Exchange
· Email us at 📧 nathmogari@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.
· If approved, we will share the return address and a return shipping label along with instructions.
· Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Cancellation Policy
· Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at 📧 nathmogari@gmail.com.
· Once the product is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Damages & Issues
· Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and notify us immediately if:
o The product is damaged,
o The product is defective, or
o The wrong item has been delivered.
· An unboxing video is mandatory to raise a claim.
Non-Returnable Items
· Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
· Nathmogari does not follow a refund policy.
· Only exchanges are processed, as every product is handcrafted and made to order.
