Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Damage Claim & Exchange Rules

Exchanges are accepted only for items damaged during the delivery process.
A complete unboxing video is required to process the exchange request. We cannot offer an exchange if you report the damage after 7 days of delivery. Opening video is must. 

Product Care & Exchange Conditions

Since our products are handcrafted, proper care is the customer’s responsibility.
Any damage caused after use or due to customer handling is not eligible for replacement or exchange. 

Product is missing

If any item is missing, please note that a full opening video of the parcel is required for verification. Claims without a proper opening video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
