Processing Time

- All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation.

- Since our products are handcrafted, in some cases, additional time may be required. Customers will be informed in advance if delays occur.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

- We ship across India using trusted courier partners.

- Standard delivery time: 5–7 business days from dispatch (vary by location).

- Delivery to remote areas may take longer.

- Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.


Shipping Charges

- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.


International Shipping

- Currently, we do not offer international shipping. (If you plan to in future, this can be updated.)


Order Tracking

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/WhatsApp.

- You can use this to track the status of your delivery.


Damages During Transit

- We pack all items carefully; however, if your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately.

- Unboxing video is compulsory to raise a damage claim.

- Exchange will be provided if the damage is confirmed as per our Exchange Policy.


Delays

- Nathmogari is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

- We will do our best to assist you in tracking delayed shipments.
